Important Notices
- Registration Process: Delegates may register directly online by logging in, filling in all information, and processing the payment online. For abstract and full paper presenters, the registration steps will be indicated in the notification letter sent by the conference secretary after review.
- Page Limit: Each paper must be at least 8 pages (including the abstract, figures, tables, and references). Extra pages will be charged at 80 USD per page.
- Student Registration: The student price is only applicable to the first author who is a full-time student and attaches a copy of their student ID card upon registration.
- Additional Paper(s): The additional paper registration applies only to the same registrant with more than one paper who will present all papers onsite. If multiple authors of the same paper attend, one author registers as author/presenter and the rest register as delegates.
- Payment Methods: Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer are accepted. The detailed guideline will be indicated on the notification letter sent after your article is accepted.
- Final Paper Upload: After completing the payment, please remember to upload your final paper to the system. The editor will format your paper based on the final version.
Notes
- One regular registration covers one paper of no less than 8 pages; extra pages will be charged.
- All conference attendees must register. Personal badges will be provided for onsite participants.
- For publication, each paper must be paid by one of the authors for inclusion in the proceedings.
- Student fee is ONLY applicable for the student who is the FIRST author of the paper.
- Abstract presenters should choose the "Presenter" item (not "Author") when registering online, as the abstract is included in the program but not published in the proceedings.
- The accepted full paper will be published in the conference proceedings and must be presented onsite (oral or poster).
Refunds Policy
If participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies:
- 60 days ahead of the conference: Full refund, excluding a 30 USD service fee
- 45 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
- Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to the conference secretary.
Personal Reason & Conference Statement
Personal Reason: The conference cannot refund or pay any compensation where attendance is prevented by circumstances amounting to "personal reason", such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default, etc.
Conference Date and Place: The organizer reserves the right to change the date and place of the conference under circumstances such as weather damage, criminal damage, epidemic, etc. Participants are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
