• The 7th International Conference on E-Commerce, E-Business and E-Government (ICEEG 2023) took place from April 27 to 29, 2023, at the University of Plymouth, UK. This hybrid event was organized by the University of Plymouth, with technical support from Xiamen University of Technology, China, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, and Rangsit University, Thailand. The ICEEG series has a rich history, having previously been held at Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2018, INSEEC Business School in Lyon, France, in 2019, and online from 2020 to 2022 due to the pandemic.



Keynote Speakers

ICEEG 2023 featured two keynote speeches from prominent experts in the field:

1. Prof. Shaofeng Liu (University of Plymouth, UK)
   Currently serving as the Associate Head of School (Research and Innovation) at Plymouth Business School, Prof. Liu shared insights into contemporary trends in e-commerce and e-business.
3. Prof. Angela Lee Siew Hoong (Sunway University, Malaysia)
   As the Associate Dean and Head of the Department of Computing and Information Systems at the School of Engineering and Technology, Prof. Lee's presentation focused on "The Power of AI: Methods and Algorithms for Decision Making."

Technical Sessions

This year, the conference was divided into two onsite technical sessions and six online sessions. Each accepted paper has been handled though a strict blind peer-review process participated by at least 2 reviewers selected from the technical program committee. The conference discuss several fields comprising E-Government, E-Commerce and Digital Rights Management, Corporate Governance and Application Modeling in Business, E-Commerce and Marketing Management, E-Government and Business Informatization, Portfolio, Capital Market, and Computational Modeling in Stock Market Analysis, etc. Each parallel session went through smoothly and a “Best Presentation Award” was issued at the end of sub-conference, with the support of session chairs.
