2021 5th International Conference on E-Commerce, E-Business and E-Government (ICEEG 2021) was originally intended to be held in Rome, Italy during April 28–30, 2021. Four renowned scholars from UK, Norway, Malaysia delivered the keynote speeches and plenary speeches about the state-of-the-art research in their areas of expertise. In addition, five parallel technical sessions were successfully conducted with the efforts of the session chairs and presenters.
