2022 6th International Conference on E-Commerce, E-Business and E-Government (ICEEG 2022) was originally intended to be held in University of Plymouth, Plymouth, UK during April 27- 29, 2022. However, due to the uncertainty and stricter travel restrictions caused by the global pandemic, the safety and well-being of all conference participants is our priority. After evaluating the current COVID-19 situation, the decision has been made to transform the in-person component of ICEEG 2022 into a full virtual conference experience. It’s the second time we have to meet virtually to facilitate as best as possible. We are pleased to see that our researchers involved in related field remain active and productive in this challenging year.

ICEEG 2022 is organized by University of Plymouth, technically supported by Xiamen University of Technology, China, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Norway and Rangsit University, Thailand. Previous ICEEG series had been successfully held in Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, China in 2018, INSEEC Business School, Lyon Campus, France in 2019, online in 2020 and 2021.

We are grateful to all the authors for submissions to this conference and for sharing their research fruits and valuable experiences they've acquired. Hopefully, your experience with ICEEG 2022 will be a fruitful and long lasting one. With your support and participation, the conference will continue its success for a long time.

Conference Speakers

To bring up insightful knowledge, two keynote speakers were invited. The first speaker was Prof. Shaofeng Liu from University of Plymouth, UK, she is currently the Associate Head of School (Research and Innovation) for Plymouth Business School. The other speaker was Prof. Nuran Acur from University of Glasgow, UK. She is an internationally leading researcher in an innovation and technology management area. In addition to keynote speakers, we have six Invited Speakers from UK, Norway, Kuwait, Malaysia, China, and Indonesia.

Best Presenters

This year, the conference was divided into six technical sessions. Each accepted paper has been handled though a strict blind peer-review process participated by at least 2 reviewers selected from the technical program committee. The proceedings discuss several fields comprising E-Commerce, Online Marketing, E-Business, Business Informatization and E-Government, Application of Information Network Technology, Business Intelligence, Data Governance in Business, Digital Currency, etc. Each parallel session went through smoothly and a “Best Presentation Award” was issued at the end of sub-conference, with the support of session chairs.

Accepted papers will be published in ICEEG 2022 ACM conference proceedings (ISBN: 978-1-4503-9652-3), which has been included into ACM Digital Library within 2 months and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus about three months afte the event.
