How & When to Register?
Listeners- Register Directly, just login in the online system and fill in all the information and then process the payment online.
Abstract- After peer-reviwed, you will receive the notification letter from the conference secretary, in which the registration steps indicated. Please follow the steps one by one to finish the process.Please note that the abstract will be included in program but will not published in conference proceedings. So, when you process the registration online, please just choose items related to "Presenter" not "Author".
Full Paper-After double rounds reivew process, the authors will receive the notification letter from the conference secretary, in which the registration steps will be indicated. The authors are requested to finish the registration step by step. The submitted and accepted full paper will be published into the conference proceeding, and need to be presented onsite by oral/poster presentation. After you finish the payment, please remember to upload your final paper to the system. The editor will format your paper based on the final version.
We provide three methods for the payment: credit card, bank transfer and paypal.
1. Please login in our system by: http://confsys.iconf.org/register/iceeg2020.
After you log in the system, you are required to fill in the registration form online as below screenshot (sample). Once filled in, please click the button "Submit".
2. Release payment. After you submited, you will come to the payment page as below screenshot (sample). If you choose "Online payment", it means you need to pay by credit card (Visa, Mater). If you pay by bank transfer, you can see the bank information after you click it. Please note if you choose to pay by bank transfer, there will be extra USD30 as the bandling fee, e.g. your registration fee is USD500, then you need to pay USD530 when you transfer the payment. Also, you need to upload the payment proof for bank transfer.
If you need to pay by paypal, please contact the conference secretary for the account number.
If you haven't paid the registration fee but you need the invoice to proceed to the payment, please provide the below requested information to the conference secretary who will apply the invoice for you. If you are a student, please attach the student card or other document confirming.
After the successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of your payment. You will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the registration counter onsite. If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned verion.
Full refund if canceled before May 20, 2020 (Only
charge 30USD handling fee). After May 20, 2020 but before June 05,
2020, 30% cancellation fee charged; if canceled on or after the
conference starting date, No refunds applicable.
If the conference cannot be held on time due to force majeure such as politics, weather and disasters, the organizer will not bear any compensation and will not refund the registration fee.
